Cancellation and Refund Policy

At MagicBus.in, we understand that travel plans can change, and we aim to offer a flexible and fair refund and cancellation policy. Please review the details below to understand the terms and conditions for canceling your booking and the associated refund percentages.

Cancellation Charges:

• Between 0 to 1 Day(s) from the Station Departure Time:
  Cancellation Charge: 100% of the ticket fare
  Refund: No refund (100% cancellation charge applies)
• Between 1 to 3 Day(s) from the Station Departure Time:
  Cancellation Charge: 50% of the ticket fare
  Refund: 50% of the ticket fare
• Between 3 to 7 Day(s) from the Station Departure Time:
  Cancellation Charge: 25% of the ticket fare
  Refund: 75% of the ticket fare
• Between 7 to 30 Day(s) from the Station Departure Time:
  Cancellation Charge: 10% of the ticket fare
  Refund: 90% of the ticket fare

Additional Terms:

• Refund Process: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
• Partial Cancellation: If the ticket allows partial cancellation, the refund will be processed as per the policy based on the remaining journey.
• No-Show: If a passenger does not show up for the journey without canceling the ticket, no refund will be provided (100% cancellation charge).
• Changes in Itinerary: If you wish to change your travel date or time, please cancel your existing ticket and book a new one. The refund for the canceled ticket will be processed according to the above policy.
• Force Majeure: In case of cancellation due to events beyond our control (such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions), MagicBus.in will refund the ticket amount in full, regardless of the time of cancellation.
• How to Cancel: Cancellations can be made through the MagicBus.in website or mobile app under the “Manage Bookings” section. Alternatively, you can contact our customer support for assistance.

Important Notes:

• Cancellation charges are calculated on the ticket fare exclusive of any additional charges such as service fees or booking fees.
• Please ensure to check your ticket details and travel itinerary before confirming the cancellation, as changes cannot be undone.
